BST Case Study

BST Corp is a medium sized outsourcing service provider from Santiago de Chile. In 2013, BST launched their first idea campaign, using HYPE’s on-demand innovation platform HYPE GO! During a two-week idea campaign, 200 employees were asked to submit their suggestions on how to make internal processes more efficient.

BST invested a lot of effort in the internal marketing of the campaign, which resulted in a participation level of 90% and a very high engagement. The outcome of the program turned out to be very successful for BST.
